Clint Coghill

Clint Coghill co-founded Backstop Solutions Group in 2003 as the Founding Chairman and has helped guide the company as Chairman of the Board for the last 15 years. Clint now leads the Backstop Executive Team as CEO. Prior to joining Backstop in an executive role, Clint was CIO of Coghill Capital Management, a successful Chicago-based hedge fund management company he started in 1995. Among his other professional pursuits, Clint was the Founding Chairman of NFTE Chicago’s Regional Advisory Board, which provides entrepreneurship programs to young people from low-income communities and reaches more than 2,000 youth per year. He is also the founder of two charitable Organizations, the Coghill Family Foundation and the Environmental Impact Initiative. Clint received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the London Business School.
Bruce D. Hansen

Bruce D. Hansen is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of Energy Fuels Inc. Previously, Mr. Hansen held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Director of General Moly since January 2007 and assumed the additional role of Chief Financial Officer in May 2017. In addition, he was previously Senior Vice President, Operations Services and Development, at Newmont Mining Corporation. His management roles at Newmont included serving as Chief Financial Officer and as Vice President of Project Development. Prior to Newmont, Mr. Hansen was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Directors for ASA Gold and Precious Metals Limited, a closed-end investment fund and one of the oldest investment management firms focused on precious metals and mining companies, and Energy Fuels Inc., a U.S.-based integrated producer of uranium traded on the NYSE American.
Mr. Hansen has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Mexico.
James P. Schuler

James P. Schuler has 30+ years of finance industry experience. He is a successful money manager and software company CFO/COO and philanthropist.
Jim has extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically focusing on finance, accounting, legal, operations, deal structuring, project management, and evaluating financial and operational results. Jim helped Clint Coghill found and operate Backstop Solutions Group, LLC as CFO. Founded in 2003, Backstop is the industry-leading service redefining the way firms operate in private markets. Backstop was sold to ION Group in 2021. Prior to Backstop, Jim was a Principal and the CFO/COO at Coghill Capital Management, with previous financial leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, The Hull Group, LLC, and accounting group Schultz, Chez and Jesser, LLP. He also serves on various private companies and charitable boards. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University's Kellstadt School of Business.

Jim Zadra

Jim Zadra brings over 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in the technology and mining industries, including roles with multinational companies listed on the TSX and NYSE American. His expertise spans corporate development, strategic planning, and corporate finance. Mr. Zadra has successfully executed multiple debt and equity financings and has played a key role in eight mergers and acquisitions. He began his career with Deloitte and subsequently gained capital markets experience at a leading Canadian investment bank. Mr. Zadra holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Shane Uren

Shane Uren has significant experience in the management of environmental assessments and permitting of mining projects in British Columbia and Canada; including Galore Creek Mine, Schaft Creek Project, Kitsault Mine, Mount Milligan Mine, Red Chris Mine, Ekati Diamond Mine, Prairie Creek. Mr. Uren has held management, technical advisory and contractor positions with Copper Fox Metals, Avanti Kitsault Mine Ltd, Atrum Coal, Hanstone Gold, Carmax Mining and Goldwedge Mines. As part of Mr. Uren’s role in project permitting and development, Mr. Uren has supported engagement with Indigenous groups leading to agreements for exploration, environmental stewardship and economic benefits. Mr. Uren is a Registered Professional Biologist in British Columbia with a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Chris Kelly

Chris is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with over 12 years of international experience in the construction industry. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), he specializes in commercial and project management services for junior mining companies and private clients. Chris has worked across various sectors, including natural resources and infrastructure, in Canada, the UK, and Singapore. His expertise spans estimating, financial modelling, procurement, project controls, contracts administration, and claims management, with a strong background in EPCM and contractor organizations.
Bob Pennington

Robert Pennington was COO of General Moly from January 2012 and was VP of Engineering starting in October 2007, overseeing the Mt. Hope project. He was COO at M3 Engineering & Technology and has 34 years of experience in metal mine operations and projects. He managed mine and plant operations and was President at Phelps Dodge Tyrone mine and GM at Phelps Dodge Morenci mine. He managed design, construction, and startup of various projects. Pennington has a B.Sc. from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
